ABLEities seeks to connect the children we serve with the world, and the world with our children. The goal of community consultation is to partner with currently operating organizations to help them grow, learn, and meet the abilities of children with hearing loss and Autism.
STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Although there are amazing programs and services for children with hearing loss and children with Autism, exclusively, there are challenges with finding a program that fits both abilities. Our unique ABLE Approach and extensive backgrounds allows us to not only provide equitable services, but to train organizations to better meet the abilities of these children. Training and development related to the intersection of hearing loss and Autism is provided through instruction, modeling, and feedback.
DIRECT STAFFING FOR STUDENTS
It can be difficult to find qualified staff who not only meet the needs and standards of your organization, but are also fluent in American Sign Language. To support organizations, we provide direct training and support related to the acquisition of sign language. In addition to training, we can also provide a qualified staff member from our organization to directly fill your staffing needs and work with your students. ABLEities aims to partner with each organization to help meet your needs and the abilities of your students.
